Peruvian sky
Lying in my sleeping bag, I gaze at the starry Peruvian sky. It occurs to me that this is the first time I see the constellations of the southern hemisphere. Today I also discovered that you can forget your tent. Fortunately, it’s just a bike trip. Besides, it turned out as a good thing – the night is clear, I didn’t have to carry it, and now I have such a wonderful view. It was a good day, very tiring, but good.

We had a great bike trip, we saw a beautiful sunset illuminating the nearby 6,000 meters peaks, there was a bonfire, there were baked sandwiches, and now I can finally stretch my tired legs in a sleeping bag and stare at the stars. A nice change from a week wasted on playing tag with diarrhea in Huaraz. The whole hostel got sick. But at least I had some time to grow new skin on my face.
